Howard has been a member of North Ga. Winds, Clock Tower Jazz Ensemble, First Baptist Church Joyful Noise, Roman Festival Brass & has substituted in the Rome Symphony Orchestra

Howard has been Band Director in high schools as well as middle schools in Fayette, DeKalb, Haralson and Floyd Counties for the past 21 years.

Member of GA Music Educators Association, Assoc. of Educators, National Bandmasters Assoc., Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia & Music Educators National Conference

Member of Cherokee Artillery, a, Lookout Mountain, Missionary Ridge, Stevenson, Hartsville, Murfreesboro, Battle Creek, and Spanish Fort.
